Before you start: have the official school email and phone, the address with its state and LGA, and the administrator's details to hand. Registration numbers, a logo and a cover image are optional.

What information do I need to register my school?
Your school name and type, an official email and phone number, the school address with its state and LGA, and the details of the administrator who will manage TapEdu. Registration numbers, a logo and a cover image are optional.
What happens after I submit my application?
You get an application reference and a confirmation email. TapEdu reviews the application and may email you for more information. When it is approved, your school workspace, main campus and web address are created, and your administrator receives an email invitation to set a password.
Why do I not choose a password now?
No account is created until TapEdu approves the school. After approval, your administrator receives a secure invitation link that is valid for 7 days and sets their password from there.
Do I have to pay to apply?
No payment is taken on this form. You can tell us which plan you prefer, and subscriptions are handled after approval from Settings → Billing in your workspace.
Can I register more than one school or campus?
Each application sets up one organisation with one school and its main campus. TapEdu is built for organisations that hold several schools and campuses, so if you run a group, contact us before applying and we will plan the setup with you.
How do I check my application status?
Open the application status page and enter your application reference with the administrator email you used on this form.
