Security in TapEdu is not a setting someone has to remember. It is how the platform is put together, from the way each school's data is kept apart to who can open what, and the record of what changed.
Each organisation's records are kept separate from every other school on the platform, and IDs sent from forms are checked against your school before anything is saved.
Ten ready-made roles and 130 permissions per role, while teachers only reach the classes and subjects they are assigned.
Audit logs record who did what, with old and new values and a reason. Logins are tracked, and passwords and secrets are never logged.
Admins can view a portal as a parent, student or teacher, and TapEdu support works in sessions that record a reason. Both are audited.
Changing a published result needs a reason, attendance corrections keep a history, and registers can be locked.
Payment provider credentials are stored encrypted, and payment notifications are signature-checked and processed only once.

TapEdu is a responsive web platform, so every portal adapts to the screen in front of it. Parents, teachers, students and administrators simply sign in from the browser they already use.
Parents check attendance, results and fees, and teachers take the register, straight from the browser on their phone.
Proprietors, administrators and bursars get the full workspace for records, results, finance and settings.
There is no app to download or update. Everyone signs in through their browser with their own TapEdu login.
