How do I request a walkthrough of TapEdu for my school?
Choose "Book a demo", tell us about your school and what you would like to see, and the TapEdu team will contact you to arrange a time. A demo uses sample school data, so you can see results, fees, the parent portal and the school website before you apply.
Can I ask about pricing before applying?
Yes. TapEdu plans can be priced per school or per student and billed monthly or yearly. Send us your school size and the sections you run, and we will explain the options that fit.
Do I need to contact you before registering my school?
No. You can register your school online at any time. Every application is reviewed by TapEdu, and your school portal is created only after approval.
How do schools already on TapEdu get support?
Send us a message with your school name and what you need. When it helps, TapEdu support can work inside your workspace in an audited support session that records a reason, so you never need to share passwords.
